The White Witch, of course! He helped Lucy escape instead of turning her over to the
White Witch as ordered. >> Stay informed about: 100 Year Winter: Narnia Movie |

The White Witch! He had agreed to turn over to her any humans he
found. He did not do so. The head of the secret police left a note in
his home saying that he was "awaiting trial on a charge of High Treason
against her Imperial Majesty Jadis, Queen of Narnia....". The note also
accused him of comforting her enemies,
harboring spies, and fraternizing with humans. The fact that Tumnus was
later found stoned indicates that he
was duly convicted of High Treason and the other charges, and therefore
should have been executed by the Witch's knife to appease the Deep
Magic. >> Stay informed about: 100 Year Winter: Narnia Movie |

movie. >> Stay informed about: 100 Year Winter: Narnia Movie |
