i'm an old broken-down cowboy living in spring, texas. been writing
poetry since most of you were still swallowing damn baby formula i'm
sure, but i still haven't given up on the old dream. i came here to
discuss the man whose name is on the door, and to share ideas and post
some of my own material too. my writing ranges from the humorous to the
absurd. my influences range from kant to sherman to dick. my first
question is if anyone saw the recently released buk documentary "born
into this." there were some damn great moments in it as well as superb
interviews with the likes of sean penn and bono and one of the more
unsung poets out of long beach, richmond.

I would like to discuss this documentary as well as share ideas on the
art and direction of poetics in this era of Clay Aiken, global warming,
ipods, my space, and suchlike technological advances we have been
witness to in these the diaper days of the new millenium.

thanks for your interest, amigo. my first question is what are your
true feelings about steve richmond?

it seems like you're a fan, but do you really think he is what god
meant when he created the universe?

is he the results of the final plan?

that guy, pondering richmond's placement
in the schematics of the firmament.

p.s. it's already agreed upon that he's a poet of great and superlative
prowess, but is immortality and the national roster harkening his name?
