(I'm just testing if this message will appear on this NG. I'm
having difficulties posting at soc.culture.filipino. My messages
won't post or appear immediately there though I can see that messages
of others can. So my several posting tries on that NG may come out
later with many repetitions. Meanwhile, I'll test it on this NG if
this message will appear here)

Let's equally divide all districts to each of our current senators. So
that each of our current senators will represent about 10 districts for
each senator. Therefore we'll have 24 district groupings represented
in the senate. No need for additional senators. District groupings
with designated current senators with ending term in 2007 will have to
elect a new senator replacement in 2007 but with an ending term in
2010.

Yan na lang po muna ang gawin nating charter change. Saka na lang yung
iba pang mga amendments. Madali na po yung iba dahil madali na for
district groups to have regular consultations with their designated
current senators. By then the district groupings (about 10 districts
in each) can easily have regular consultations with their designated
current senator to directly reveal their needs and sentiments on many
specific issues. Power base will genuinely equally come from the
people.

Therefore, leaders will no longer that much rely on politics. Lesser
politics as a result. Lesser headaches because of frequent
consultations with the people who are directly deciding. Politicians
will not complain when it's clearly the people who directly made a
decision. Kaya madali na po yung ibang mga amendments after that. Yun
na lang po muna. Can be done within this year. Not that complicated.
Madali na po yung ibang mga amendments after that. That's the only
charter change acceptable to all at this moment.
