While Walter Reed Hospital appreciates the kind thought, for security
reasons all mail from strangers to wounded soldiers is discarded unread.
Snopes.com has links to assorted organizations that do support wounded
soldiers, and Walter Reed suggests donations to them.
Someday I'm going to cold-heartedly cynic myself to death. sigh.
