Abarat - Just started Abarat. In addition to the this is feeling I get from reading a book with pictures (and done & laid out too), I enjoy the fact that the chapters are one cigarette break in..

speaking of Abarat - y'all who've read it aren't saying much about it - why is that? I IS a way to discuss stuff without spoilers - tell us your of it, kids. Coz the silence is making me think it's a polite 'if you can't say something nice don't say..

Are there any Dutch people who have already seen Abarat in Dutch?
I've been looking for it, but I haven't found it yet.

And for those who haven't read my messages before.
That's because I'm new here.
Nice to meet you all.

William.

Uhm, not really. I am Dutch myself, but the last thing I'll ever do again
is buying a book written by someone who's native tongue is English in a
Dutch translations. I really think literature shpudl be read in it's
original language.

Giles: In order... to be worthy...
Angelus: Yeah?
Giles: You must perform the ritual... in a tutu. Pillock!

No problem. It's nothing personal though.
