I have read Revelation Space and Century Rain. This guy is awesome and
believable. Got Chasm City on order. Is all his books 5 out of 5?

Another is Stephen Baxter just about to finish Ring of the Xeelee
sequence and all of them have been excellent. Plus the Manifold books,
and my all time favorite that everybody should read is The Time Ships.
The sequel to The Time Machine by HG Wells.

He is an excellent writer - he seems to be able to build extremely
impressive story arcs and writes well. The only slightly disappointing one
I've read was "Pushing Ice" which I'd give 4/5, but maybe I wasn't in a
good mood!
