American History and Encyclopedia of Music (1908)

I have the full ten-volume set in extremely well-preserved
condition. (I'd say "mint", because the books have had the
best of care, but a hundred years, even carefully preserved
in a bookcase, leave their mark.)

The set belonged to my grandfather, and although some of the
information may be outdated, there are many illustrations -
photos of then famous artists, engravings and photos of
concert and opera venues no longer in existence (thanks to
two world wars)..... I suspect many of these can no longer
be readily found elsewhere.

I am downsizing my possessions prior to moving to "senior"
housing, so I'll be happy to donate the set to anyone with a
use for them - musician, music school, rare books collector,
or whatever. The sole "catch" is that the recipient must
arrange to pick them up or arrange shipping for them at
his/her expense. (I live in Phoenix, Arizona.)
