are you talking about the list price or my price???? amazon has some
books listed for $3.00, but then you get what you pay for.. paperback

Sorry to butt in, but I have gotten five of the VC series through Amazon's
third party sellers, and have not paid more than $5 for any of them. It
deserves mentioning that they are all in great (almost new) condition.

Exactly my point too! It is nice to be offered things like that on here,
but well, we all know you can get old books like that, for next to nothing!
As I have found out. Now for one of her new books. You may find someone
more interested!

explore and so she did in the Beauty series. From your reaction it is
clear you aren't well acquainted with the concept of S&D, and I,
suppose, for some it might appear "sick" to those who are into more

It is warped, it is twisted...if that's the way you view it; no one
likes to be converted, or "opened (hehe) up. I found them to be
intensely erotic. But it is wrong to think that Anne wrote these books
just to stir controversy, she tried an experiment and it worked. Apart
from the immaculately written porn scenes, the books take you to a
different place--completely closed-off, atmospheric, and dreamily
intimate--like this is your world and these characters are here to
appease you, which of course, was exactly the point. The books were
pornography, as Anne stated--so it is basically love it or hate it. The
thinking person's pornography-without all that blase self-indulgence
that plagued "The Story of O". My view anyway.

Actually I am just stoked that someone devoted time to Anne's
non-supernatural books. I highly reccomend "Belinda".
