"god's 15 minutes" Helps Harlan Fight Internet Piracy
In February, Aardwolf Publishing will release "god's 15 minutes"
featuring the complete dark stories of Clifford Meth (editor of the
Strange Kaddish and Stranger Kaddish anthologies, and an author that
Kurt Vonnegut has praised) with artwork by comic-art legends Alex
Toth, Gene Colan, George Perez, Marie Severin, Dave Cockrum, Joe
Sinnott, Herb Trimpe, Gray Morrow, and Bill Messner-Loebs, as well as
Dave DeVries, David Boswell, Nelson, Joe St. Pierre, Ron Wagner, Mike
Pascale, and others.
Wrapped in a painted cover by Mike Kaluta, the book carries story
introductions by Al Feldsetin (MAD Magazine), Steve Gerber (Howard the
Duck), Tony Isabella (Daredevil), Andy Shernoff (lead guitarist/writer
of the legendary punk band The Dictators), Pat DiNizio (lead
singer/writer of The Smithereens), Peppi Marchello (lead singer/writer
of The Good Rats), and the late Robert Bloch (author of Psycho).
There's also an interview with Harlan ("Ellison on Meth").
Proceeds from "god's 15 minutes" directly benefit Harlan's KICK
Internet Piracy fund. A limited-edition bookplate edition will be
signed by Harlan, Meth and Mike Kaluta.
