The world's biggest idiot, Bobbie Finnan opened his piehole and blathered:

Shurg, I have no doubt Finnan wears rubber gloves while reading Nancy Drew.
In his case though I'd be more worried about Vaseline damage than any
residual human effluents.

Personally, I've handled hundreds of books that are at least twice as
old as the one in question and never worn gloves. That applies to
books in antiquarian bookshops, books I own, books in private
collections and books in research libraries. As far as I can recall,
have I ever even seen anyone wear gloves when handling material of
this kind.

That "lout" (Ken Sanders) is one of the (if not THE) foremost
experts on historical Mormon documentation.

What the complainer doesn't see, is the off-screen preparation
that Sanders took.
