If you are still able to watch this week's NOW show on PBS, Kurt Vonnegut
will be talking about the state of Democracy in America. In Boston it is
available on channel 44 at 11:00 AM today.

How was it? My area only rebroadcasts once and it was a few hours ago...

It was pretty good, though nothing new. He's been saying mostly the
same stuff for years, but I was still enthralled watching / hearing
the old coot talk. One of my heroes going back 35 years now, coming to
the end of his time here on the planet. (He may live on for a number
of years - I hope! - but his writing career seems to be on the
decline.
