As it turns out, three years is my limit too. Actually if all goes
well, the move will happen roughly 2 weeks shy of three years in
Buffalo.

I can't wait.

Not just because I hate Buffalo, but because when I move it'll be to

Thanks for the explanation Joe. <sigh>I grew up with Fortran and Cobol
and rather resent their replacement by C. But that fight was lost long
ago.

  Could you come down here and work on the Metro? I've had 3
fare cards become unreadable (including 1 with over $10 on it).

Oh, I hate it here too. It's just not the only reason I'm happy to be
leaving. There's only one thing I can think of that I'll miss from
Buffalo, and that's the radio station I listen to. It's fantastic.
Easily the best station I've ever heard. But one radio station is
nowhere near enough to keep me in this cesspool.
