Hey guys,

So what can we expect next? I know she's working on the next Childe
Morgan, updating Deryni Checkmate(or is it the other one?), and what else?

Anyone know if she's working on anything with Deborah Turner Harris for
the Adept stuff? I enjoyed the last one a lot. Then again, throw
mason's or templars in anything and I will read it.

What about her book about Phillipa Sinclair? Will we ever get a chance
to see just who Adam's father was and what he was like? I'd love to see
the woman who read cards and was into asian stuff in the prime of her
magic. Then again, I always wanted to be Adam's trust butler/bodyguard.
Do you think Katherine would want to write me in? I can even give up
coffee for her if I have to and that's saying a lot!

If we could put something up on the website with a timeline of what to
expect, that would be cool. I just finished reading St. Patrick's
Gargoyle, and i'd like to read more of her stuff. Just turned on a few
friends to Kelson and Charissa, wondering if I should have them read
that three, then the 6 camber books and then KKB and all that.

Mee? too much coffeeeee??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO way:)

There are those that probably have more info than I but from what I
have picked up reading the chats.

She has supposedly turned in the director's cut of Deryni Checkmate-
she indicates it should be out sometime in the fall. This book
supposedly has a new chapter/prologue that kind of covers things from
the end of DR to start of DC. Think she said the new cover has picture
of Morgan and Duncan in Morgan's tower- the shiral crystal scene.

She and DTH have a proposal out for a new adept book set in the late
1800's, kind of a prequel to the Sinclair series. ACE seems interested
but they are more interested in her finishing the CM books so the adept
book appears to be on hold. Not sure the status of the other adept
book- tie in with Lamas Night- but would imagine it is on hold also
pending the CM books.

Don't know where she is with the next CM book. She seems to be
dragging her feet with these books, she has had computer problems but
still. Few months back I think I read she was a few chapters into the
book and wouldn't imagine she is much further.

Katherine has dropped a few hints that the Codex might be resurrected.
Not sure if that has gone anywhere.

The third book in the Templer series seems to have died due to lack of
time to do research or possibly lack of interest from the publisher.

Way way out there is the 948 book, the Orin and Jodatha book, maybe a
book or two about 1025, and possibly another Kelson book- though what
she has left conflict wise for Kelson isn't much.

The Atlas and Deryni Magic book are still in prep from Grey Ghost-
least that is what their website indicates.

Haven't heard of anything else. Was some comment about a short story
for an anthology or two but know she backed out of one and haven't
heard of anything else on the other.
