Post subject: New Tolkien Books

| I was just checking out Amazon.com for books by and about Tolkien, and asked
for the books to be listed in publication date. One of the books coming out
in September is quite amazing. Apparently the Dummies series is coming out
with a book about Tolkien and LOTR. I've never seen that series of books
cover any work of literature. They cover just about anything else (like
PC's, photography, languages, etc.) but this seems to be a first.

-Pornogaphy and Pedophilia for Dummies- to be published in June 2004.

there, it's gotta be a fun read and is probably worth getting. For $13.99,
you can't go wrong.

Nope- there are a few out there:
Shakespeare for Dummies immediately comes to mind.
Then there is Poetry for Dummies and English Grammar for Dummies..

There's no evidence that the guy writing this book knows
anything about Tolkien. Keep your $14 and read Tolkien
NGs and websites; you'll do just as well.
