I'm guessing this guy isn't on the Amazon used-seller network, which's
where 99& of all the trading seems to be going on, these days--

As some CNN-pimping posters on our other groups pointed out, there's a
difference between a public that doesn't want old books, and a public
that doesn't NEED old books...For the simple reason that they've got too
dang enough of their own as it is, without somebody throwing more of his
own surplus junk at us.
Some countries would envy a country so oversaturated with paperback
books that they're literally worthless in resale value.
