To check my original question, I went straight to the source. Here is the
reply:-

"Good morning Peter,

Those were both working titles - we aren't at the moment doing any more
books. And non of our stories so far relate to Building Harlequin's
Moon..although that's not a bad idea!

Although they aren't doing any books at the moment, they do have another
short story coming out. From Brenda's website:-

"Kath and Quicksilver," with Larry Niven, Asimov's, November 2005, via
Eleanor Wood. ON THE STANDS THIS MONTH
