I'm in favor of it. Slick dialogue, slick art, fun action. It's two orders
of slick with a side of fun.
Some notes
-The first page is a better cover than the actual cover. I know, bless the
man that created C&D, but it's a disservice to Brooks & Law (who get their
own Marvel title in June) to not let their art be featured on the cover. I
will not rest until they are all over this book. Vivé la Udon!
-For that matter, who flipped the cover? Is D__DPOOL really preferential to
DEA__OOL?
-Heh.
-The Hotel scene was a nice character moment, and a good throwaway nod to
X-men's current status quo.
-Heh again. No, I won't say what. Just go buy the issue.
-For the first time in fifteen years, Cable strikes me as a baddass. It's
the coat and sunglasses. Give him a shotgun, and he can be Nomad!
-No, seriously. Give him a shotgun. Nomad was really cool.
-Where is Nomad?
