Just curious...

The other day I saw a bumper sticker that stated:

Blessed Be

I couldn't see the writing underneath those words, but I could only
think that it was a Camber one.

Feel free to contact me offlist. It be nice to meet another Deryni
fan that might be local!

Bill

"Blessed be" is also soemthing that Wiccans use... not to mention fans
of Robin of Sherwood (a late 80s British tv production of the legend,
which is wonnnnderful!)

I always preferred "Nothing's forgotten. Nothing is ever forgotten." from
that show.

I loved the music (Clannad). I wish the show was on DVD - anyone know if it
is?

Hi Mark, I like that line, too. It implies that all SORTS of things, both
good and bad, will not be forgotten.

SIgh... I do wonder what happened to Michael Praed. He was SO gorgeous. (And
I'll bet he still is) he's also just in his mid-forties, but he is not much
in evidence on this side of the pond. Anybody know what he's up to these
days?

I ended up going to the Robin of Sherwood webring and seeing those pictures
made me think of when we got our dog. (He's a black & silver miniature
schnauzer.) My husband and I loved Robin Hood and were taken by the
character of Nazeer (I'm sure I spelled it wrong) so we decided to name our
dog that. Until we told his aunt. She blurted out "brassiere? You want to
name your dog brassiere?" We named him Merlin...

Now that I've stopped giggling, I believe the spelling was Nasir. But who
cares... <chortle..> "Yes, and this is our new puppy tap pants..."

Hi,
Yes actually it is, but only straight through england, which means they are
dreadfully expensive and in a format not useable by region 1 dvd players
which any one in the us has. Sorry. I keep track of things like
that..since i'm a big Robin of Sherwood fan. It's a toss up for me on which
is cuter, Michael or Jason.

Hi Again,
Not since the Secret Adventures of Jules Verne from the sci fi channel. He
made a great Philias Fogg. Unfortunately, scifi channel only showed one
season of it, but there is supposedly two seasons. Oh well..we take what we
can get.

There was a costumer who did a pun on Nasir's name and entered teh
costume contest one year as his sister, Brassiere-- with these huge...
traffic cones with little propellers on them... I probably have
pictures around here somewhere...

Well, he was doing "The Secret Life of Jules Verne" a couple of years
ago. It was hysterically funny (on the order of the early Xena and Herc
episodes). I hear rumors that we can catch him in the "new" Kohler
sink commercials, but I haven't recognized him yet.

There are two RoS email lists. If you're interested, one is on yahoo
groups and the other is ... housed in teh Netherlands. I can get you teh
subscription address. Smile

Dear Rebecka

They did come out in NTSC format, my dear. I have a set and the picture
