Before the snow melted, the Beavers said that Aslan was outfitting an
army for Peter to use. How did that army like camping in snow? How did
they like camping in MELTING snow when winter ended? How did that
rhinoceros feel about the snow?

Look to history for your answers. Armies have fought in different
weather conditions.

Unless the book states how a rhinoceros feels about changing weather
conditions then it is an unknown factor... not that knowing what a
rhino feels is relevant to the film or books.
