Post subject: Caves of Steel TV grabs

Yes, I know the full prints & tapes were destroyed in the early 70's,
but there is mention around the Net of various grabs that still exist
& have popped up in other shows & docos.

Anyone know where I can download them? I found a site with stills, but
no movies. Although Peter Cushing looks nothing like what I would have
imagined Elijah Baley looing like, the actor playing Daneel looks
uncannily like my own picture of him.

Of course, I remember that the original 1954 broadcast of Casino
Royale was considered non-existent for decades, but now it's easy
enough to find. You never know...

Unless someone else here has it, your best bet would be to wait until
the BBC Archives open online for free, and go looking for the edition
of Tomorrow's World that contains the opening credits and the scene of
Dr. Sarton being blown away by Enderby. Also look for the 'I Robot'
edition of the 1997 BBC documentary series Future Fantastic.
