Chicken joke -- which book?

Can't get this out of my head. In one of RR's books there's a joke,
otherwise unrelated to the plot, about a guy who goes to a whorehouse,
but doesn't have enough money for a proper prostitute, so he gets a
chicken instead. Anyone remember which book it is in?

That would be in Snuff Fiction. In the bit where they go to visit
Chico's auntie at the house of correction.
