Given (a) the spamflood the group is currently receiving (which may
make it hard to read the group for some people) and (b) the backlog on
Chapters 1 and 2 of the CotW, I propose that the rest of the dates be
pushed back by one week to allow for more discussion (particularly on
Chapter 2, which hardly anyone has replied to yet).

I agree -- a week to catch up a little would be nice.
