This is FEMA-15, FEMA's book of design guidelines for flood damage
reduction. Section one contains chapters on Introduction; Flooding and the
Built Environment; and Policies, Programs, and Strategies for Flood Damage
Reduction. Section two has chapters on Design Analysis for Flood Damage
Reduction and Design Techniques for Flood Damage Reduction. Section three
covers a resource index, including all the various Federal organizations
that may be involved, State Offices, Flood-relate Building Codes, and the
National Flood Insurance Program. The book is well-illustrated with B&W
photos of flooding, maps, and diagrams.
