This pack includes The Dream Book, a soft cover book that instructs you how
to inspire, remember, and interpret dreams. It is nicely illustrated in
color, as is the hardcover Dream Journal for creating a record of your
dreams. Also include are 22 dream cards including two instruction cards and
10 illustrated Dream Archetype cards along with 10 Dream Action cards.
Finally a Dream Eye Pillow, based on ancient folk traditions, is enclosed to
encourage deep sleep and vivid dreams. It is intended to be partially filled
with rice (uncooked) and a few sprigs of aromatic herbs. The paperback book,
cards and pillow are contained in a hard cover which along with the journal
fits in a slip case. I list this as used because it is pre-owned, but it
does not appear to have been actually used.
