EVIL RIVER by William Burroughs

I wonder what's holding up the release of this title. It keeps getting
pushed up and it reminds me of what I went through waiting for the
excellent Dave Moore collection "The Collected Letters of Neal
Cassidy". Very frustrating and if I'm not mistaken, both titles are by
Pengiun.
Also, is there any movement on that projected Neal Cassidy bio.? I
heard that the original author passed away and the new author dropped
out.Limbo maybe?
