48 minutes and 2 seconds into the movie: Mr. Beaver tells Peter, Edmund,
Susan, and Lucy that "Aslan is on the movie".

48 minutes 39 seconds: Peter et al are told that Aslan is waiting for
them at the Stone Table. Edmund is not seen for the rest of the scene,
so I assumed that he had bugged out at that point to go to the White
Witch.

49 minutes 36 seconds: Mr. Beaver says that Aslan is outfitting an army
at the Stone Table. Since Edmund later tells the White Witch about that
army, he must have still been at the Beaver home at that point.

50 minutes 10 seconds: Peter notices that Edmund is missing, just 34
seconds after the mention of Alsan's army. Everyone rushes outside, but
Edmund is already out of sight. By the time Peter, Susan, Lucy, and the
Beavers get to within sight of the witch's castle (hundreds of feet
away, across a frozen lake), Edmund is entering it. How did Edmund get
so far ahead of his siblings and the Beavers through the snow with a
head start of no more than 34 seconds?

But Peter looked like he had even longer legs!

The beavers seemed to be doing quite well in the running game as Peter et al
fled from Father Christmas on the frozen lake!
