Post subject: FAQ, she enquired?
Archived from groups: alt>books>david-weber (more info?)

I was able to find a group FAQ online which was archived in May 2006.
However, the "when is the next book coming out?" text is unchanged
from the 2002 version, inviting us to look forward to War of Honor in
July 2002.

Is any more recent info available? Perhaps through, say, people who
share an average of 50% of David Weber's genes?

There was a discussion in this newsgroup on this topic a while back.

Someone quipped that, because David Weber's books are popular, see if
your local bookstore is having its floors reinforced.

But then someone replied - ah! This must mean the next book is coming
out in July!

If you recall what book _did_ come out in July, you will understand
the witticism.

While this group's FAQ may have been slow to be updated, I had thought
someone saw information from David Weber himself as to his projected
writing plans. But looking at the official Baen site now, I don't see
hints of a date for the next Honor Harrington book.

All I know is that if it doesn't get released soon I'll have to get a life.
