Father-in-law

is doing very well indeed, considering he had major surgery and had 3/4
of his stomach removed. Mum-in-law is doing pretty well also, and liked
my cooking, which was a good thing, otherwise I would have had to pout
or something.

The very tired and yet also relieved,

  (actually, i was expecting a slightly different end to that
  sentence, as i initially mis-read the word as "pour"...)
