has this been done?

I think mine would be the killer in Cabal, which Cronenberg played in the
movie. Damn he's cool with his button eyes.

No, i don't think it has....

Would Immacolata count as a "monster"?

If so, then she's it baby.
Not as scary as some of the others, but pretty damn intimidating.

you have NO idea how I react each time I see that mask.
It could very well be one of the scariest thing in the world.

and right on! that's a much better topic than mine - and I don't think it's
been done before. Not that I recall, anyway.

Now then, if you mean sexiest, it would have to be Pinhead. He's just
dreamy.

Other than that, it would be..hmm...I remember adoring the exquisite
Immacolata, and the guy from Damnation Game always sticks in my mind, though
I can't remember his name (tried scanning the book...didn't help much).
He's described, if memory serves, as descending from a tribe of
razor-eaters, and he was Number Two to Evil Guy Number One (Whitehead?
eesh...can't remember anything about that book, other than loving it).
Anyway, whenever he showed up there was this immediate sense of unease...
Very cool.

Strange, it's the human 'monsters' (or post-human) that are always more
effective, for me.

Who is the chick-cenobite with her throat wired open? I am a dumbass when it
comes to names... except for Pin and Chatterbox. They would be my other
faves, 1 and 2 respectivly.

best 4 pages ever written in the world) called 'Down Satan' from the books
of blood. Don't remember the guys name but he's soooooo cool. makes me want
to build a Hell 3.

On 29 jun 2003 John Doe used a few bytes in alt.books.clive-barker to let
us know that:

Pinhead, no doubt about it. I love him (in a platonic manner). His voice
just kicks arse.

Definitely. Watch the Hellraiser movies just to hear his monologues.
