It has occurred to me that it is July, and nobody has arranged the fate
of our village this year.

To prevent this from going any further, I am now designing an all-new,
improved, modern Village Fate, complete with giant Fulbemaszo coils and
many exciting and educational technological attractions.

I also hope to train a team of the traditional Morris Dancers, unless
anyone else has other ideas.

Who else would like to organise this with me?

But there must be electricity! I have a beautiful new machine to show,
and the Galvanic Candy Floss will be a technological marvel to make
Biventry green with envy!

Isn't that the stuff that makes *everyone* turn green? (and shoot off
sparks)

Corona discharge is what happens when the bombardier puts a crate of
lemonade next to the potato thrower.

(Using the Northover Projector is rather messy, as they somtimes
break on launch.)

In which case I shall prepare apparatus and inform you of the safe zones
required.

No, that's the thing I keep in the turret on top of my laboratory. Candy
floss just makes your eyes go green.

And glow.

'Ey, Melody! It worked!

I *knew* that if we just ignored the whole thing, someone else would

To which Firedrake responded:

Unless, of course, it's a typo, and the 248 HiS are actually offering to
dance in 7 vales (aka a Cross-Country Dance)...

Why? We'd soon get to the best part, wouldn't we?

But no, a selection of HiS will do a Dance of the 7 veils together. They'll
all be wearing 7 veils. Well, at the start, that is <twirl>
