Questions about Asimov Fiction

I have a few questions about Asimov and his fiction:

1. What ever happened to U.S. Robotics? It was mentioned earlier in
the Robot chronology, but in later years (chronologically) there is no
mention of them.

2. What stories and events take place in the Multivac universe? I
include such stories as the Dead Past that only give a passing
reference to Multivac or other stories that mention something in the
Multivac universe that is ideosyncratic to it. Also, do the Wendell
Urth stories happen in the same universe as the Multivac Stories?
