Finding Red Riding Hood

I'm searching for a specific version of Little Red Riding Hood.
Unfortunatly, I do not know who wrote this version. What makes this
version so unique was the fact that it was structured like the
"Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" books. The reader was directed by colored
tabs on the top corner of each page. If I remember correctly the colors
included, red, green, black, blue, and yellow for sure.
I'm going to guess it was published between 1987-1989. I also believe
that there were more children's stories written up in the same fashion
of picking-your-path. If anyone knows this book/books, please let me
know.
