Finished this one last night ( King's Dark Tower series got in the
way! )

Was it a good read ? Yes. But I think Misty was trying too hard. It
was as if she wanted to link in as many magical creatures as in
Hagrid's Forest. This along with the need to refer to characters from
earlier books, made this somewhat hard going.

Perhaps it's me expecting too much from her, but it seemed more OK
than WOW.

An excellent read, IMO. I was expecting fantasy, romance and fluff, and
got fantasy, romance and fluff and a couple of good laughs.

It's a light read, and moves quickly.
