_Fortune's Fool_ is now available at a bookstore near you. I was in
Borders tonight, and they had 1 copy left. It stayed there, however, and
I checked Amazon when I got home, and saved myself $7+tax, since we have
Amazon Prime and free 2 day shipping, that I usually get in one day
since the majority of our orders ship from the warehouse near Tahoe.

That's one reason why I like the Borders rewards club - Fortune's Fool
was marked 30% off for club members, I had a $10 coupon *and* a
"personal shopping day" which gave me an additional 10% off my entire
purchase.

Ho, hum, off to keep the FAQ up to date...

I got irritated at the Borders "rewards" program. After being
reassured that there would be "no spam" if I handed over my email
address (required), I received WAY too many emails within 24
hours. That was their idea of no spam? Took me a week of
increasingly irate emails to get OFF the flipping mailing list
after the WWW page form that was supposed to do the job failed.

And what is Fortune's Fool? I'm guessing a book by Mercedes Lackey
given the nature of this group but is it Valdemar, elves, or magicians
or something different?

I love the 500 Kingdom series. Moreso than the latest Elementals books,
really.

Speaking of which, Amazon has listed the next Elementals Master book,
_Reserved For the Cat: Elemental Masters #5_ due out in October.

And a mysterious "Valdemar #1" audio CD for May... (music? audio book?
who knows?)

Hey, stop stealing my question ! Wink

After some research, it is the next volume in the /Five Hundred
Kingdoms/, after "The Fairy Godmother" and "One Good Knight". This is
one of Misty's series I did not begin (yet).

Well, we will see, I am still waiting for the "magician of London",
so... no new series for now, thank you Wink
