Anyone has any idea as to where I can find a new or used copy in London,
Ontario, Canada?

Go to a bookshop (googling reveals at least two "new book" shops - Oxford
and Wendell Holmes both of which offer ordering) if they don't have it, ask
them to order it. It's in print according to Amazon. If you want secondhand,
try the yellow pages phone book (or whatever the Canadian equivalent is).

Peter.

Or you could check http://www.abe.com which currently [11:38 PM ET 28
Sep 2003] lists 289 copies available, some of which should be from
Canadian bookstores.

When I was in London Ontario, admittedly several years ago, I spent a
happy hour wandering around a huge rambling second hand book store
that had a large sci-fi section. That would be a good place to look.

It was within walking distance of a restaurant called "garlics" or
similar.

I purchased a copy off Half.com for probably $5.00 - I'm not sure what
the 'canada' situation is with them.
