Anyone know off-hand? I was thinking it's "Cy CeeWann" but I wonder
if perhaps it's just supposed to be Si Swan... (shrugs)

I believe that Joe Morton's pronunciation (as used in the New Frontier
audiobooks) is "Suh Kwan."

I use "See Swan," because I've always felt that "Si Cwan" was meant as a
tribute to Superman/Star Trek/Legion of Super-Heroes comic book artist Curt
Swan.
