May he rest in peace.

I'm sure there are folks in Heaven laughing there halos off at his
seven words you can't say on TV:
1) <bleep>
2) <bleep>
3) <bleep>
4) <bleep>
5) <bleep>
6) <bleep>
& last but not least:
7) <bleep>

I discovered this man only after his passing... true I had heard some
of things before then and loved them all but it was only after his
passing that I knew I wanted to hear so much more.

"And what's with all this talk about children? Save the children, help
the children, what about the children...well, you know what I say?
F*** the children! F*** 'em, they're getting entirely too much
attention already!"

I've worked with children for 5 years in public schools and I still
love that quote.

While he became famous for his pushing the limits, mostly, his clean
humor is still very funny. When I was a younger kid we had some of his
albums (on vinyl!!) that my mom had no problem letting us listen to.

One of my favorites was his comment about restrooms at gas stations:

"Why do they keep them locked up all the time? Are they afraid that someone
might clean them?"
