Page 197 of paperback The Naked Sun by Isaac Asimov: Robot Daneel Olivaw
sees Solarian Roboticist Jothan Leebig die right in front of him (Leebig
had taken poison because he, more than most Solarians, couldn't stand
the idea of someone being in his personal presence, and he thought that
Daneel was a human, since Daneel looked human) and cradles Leebig's dead
body.
Page 226 of paperback Robots and Empire: In a flashback to the death of
Elijah Bailey (which takes place a few decades after "The Naked Sun"),
Daneel thinks to himself that he had never seen a dead human being. Why
would he think that when he had cradled a dead human a few decades
before Bailey's death? >> Stay informed about: Glitch In Robots And Empire |
