Post subject: Happy 75th, David C. Lambert! (British nature writer)
Archived from groups: rec>arts>books>childrens (more info?)

He was born in Kent, which may explain his pseudonym. (Also, his
middle name is Compton - a useful thing to know since there's at least
one other writer with his name.)

He has also written retellings of Bible stories.
