Archived from groups: rec>collecting>books (more info?)

The impact of F.W. Dixon in Japan is probably little-known in the West, even
to Hardy Boys fans. And yet there were several Hardy Boys books translated
into Japanese, all now out of print, though anyone wanting to chase them up
by ISBN might be able to do so (the relevant ISBNs are 4643258101,
4643258209, 4643258306, 4643258403, 4643258500, 4643258608, 4643258705,
4643258802, 464325890X, 4643259000).

The Nancy Drew books were also published in Japanese. I don't have the ISBN
numbers, but if anyone's interested, I could probably track them down.

Both series were published by a company called American Genius Mystery
Books.
