You might try a Google search.

When I looked up the book title on Google, I found the original US
copyright for "Voice of the Seven Sparrows" was February 2, 1928 and
was renewed August 9, 1955 by Harry Stephen Keeler. This is according
to the US Catalog of Copyright Entries on ibiblio.org.

Which is interesting because I found a Village Voice article
indicating this was his first published novel and it gave a publishing
date of 1924. This might be explained by other web sites indicating
this book was first published in England.

If you are a Keeler fan, you would probably be interested in this
link: <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.spinelessbooks.com/keeler/mechanics/" target="_blank">http://www.spinelessbooks.com/keeler/mechanics/</a>
It appears to be an article by Mr. Keeler on how he constructs his
plots.

Amazingly, it appears there's a publisher who has a fair catalog of
Keeler books available in paperback:

This site also publishes first chapters of his books on the web.

What I read makes Harry Stephen Keeler sound like an interesting
fellow, but it doesn't seem like his books are to my taste.
