tending to moving details, and I've been doing moving stuff here. But
the cats are now sorted!

[18:32] <KK> BTW, today was Pat Nolan's birthday, and Kathi is taking
it hard. She could use regular notes of cheer from you guys, now that
the initial shock of Pat's passing has...passed.
[18:33] <DesertRose> We were talking about that earlier.
[18:34] <KK> Good. She's also dealing with getting all the household
details sorted, and the finances. Grim business, and she's pretty
much alone in this.
[18:34] <Mistyck> yeah, that is always hard
[18:35] <TheDeryni> Yeah, she said most of the financials was taken
care of, except the probate mostly
[18:35] <TheDeryni> And that is never easy
[18:36] <KK> A pity that Pat hadn't signed her will. It was sitting
in her computer. So I don't know how much force of law that has.
[18:36] <Mistyck> yeah, that makes it tougher
[18:36] <TheDeryni> It shows intent, but that's it.
[18:36] <Harvey> It doesn't have much force.
[18:36] <Harvey> It become more of a guideline in most states.

things while you still can, and so that you don't leave a can of worms
for your loved ones. And sign it.

change. We have to update ours, once we move.

equally between my brother and sister

debrief. He was only gone 4 days, but a lot happened for both of us.
And boy, have I been dealing with packing boxes!

March?

stressful.

so she & John are also in the throes of packing.

[18:41] <Mistyck> yes, I finally have some financial freedom to pay
off all my bills
[18:42] <KK> I'll try to get here a little earlier next week. There
was a two-part new Elizabeth I miniseries on last night & tonight,
with Helen Mirren playing the lead. Brilliant. I'm sure it will
eventually hit PBS or cable where you guys are.
[18:42] <DesertRose> Well, I need to get some more bookcases so I can
finally finish unpacking.
