If I knew exactly how, it'd take more than a newsgroup post to explain,
wouldn't it? What I do know is, it HAS to happen, it involves individuals
developing Vision and if enough individuals do this, we'll reach what is
known as a critical mass.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
