How old was Lady Galadriel?

According to the Annals of Aman Galadriel was born in VY 1362, and would
be @ 1300 sun years old by the time the Noldor went back to Middle-
earth. Add the about 7000 years in Middle-earth and that would put her
somewhere about 8300 to 8400 years old (ignoring the possible change).

As I guess, at Frodo's time, Galadriel was one of the
oldest elves in Middle Earth. Were there many older than her? Who?
Maybe someone of the dark elves?

or born later of two parents?

The Sil, or perhaps an LOTR appendix, implies that Galadriel was the
only Noldor ME-returnee who survived the 1st Age. Certainly Noldor
survived, but they would have had to be offspring of the exiles. (Of
course, an alternate interpretation is that Galadriel was the only
surviving *royalty* but that others did survive who were not of the
royal family per se, and may or may not have been 1st generation from
Cuivienen.)

If indeed no exiles except Galadriel survived, then if Cirdan was a
1st generation Cuivienen Elf, he would have been a Teleri and not one
of the "blessed". Also, given that many dark Elves (the Moriquendi,
if I remember the terms right) were unacounted for from the
pre-migration days, there could have been others that we just don't
know about. They may be among us still, probably hiding somewhere.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

I am not sure what you mean by "which version". The annal which notes
her as being born in 1362 is a pencilled addition to the AA and is given
in note 8 to section 4.

There is no exact figure. Presuming he was born before the Great March
began, he would be about 10,500 by the time of WotR (give or take a
couple hundred). The Awakening of the Quendi happened about 10800 -
10900 years before WotR.

As far as I know, there is no specific date given for Cirdan's birth. It
is reasonable to assume that he was born before 1132, which would make him
over 10,000 years old. If he had been "born" at Kuivienen, he would be
over 11,000 years old. There were "only" about 800 years between the time
the Elves awoke and the time they reached Aman.

That note is about Isfin, not Galadriel.

Cirdan had been around at least since the Great March of the Elves to
Valinor. That would likely make him a peer of Thingol, Finwe and Ingwe,
meaning however old he is, he's a lot older than Galadriel.
