Hello
I have a book and the first blank page is stamped
"Surplus.2
Library of Congress
Duplicate"
The dj is price clipped and the book really has no value but I was
wondering how does one get a hold of Library of Congress duplicates?
I never heard of them having a gaint booksale..I suspect it just gets
ship to where ever the goverment has surplus sales --IGS?
