Listing of Vonnegut Appearances?

Unfortunately there isn't one, but even more unfortunate is that
Kurt doesn't often provide the information to begin with. If
something appears in the media before the fact then we post it in
here (like Andre on 9/3 passing on word of KV being a headliner at
the upcoming ICLU Statewide Student Conference, Indianapolis on
October 10-11), and if it appears after the fact then we search for
articles or a transcript...
