Ray:

Just finished KoF. Great as usual, and I can't wait for Exile's
Return.

In the Eastern Kingdoms map there is an unlabeled city in the western
portion of Bardac's Holdfast. It seems extremely clear that,
according to page 291, this city is called Qulak. Am I correct in
that assumption?
