....and I saw, written in letters of fire across the sky: "Zodski, the
Man from the MMB". And a deep voice spake unto me, saying: the 4th of
March shall be the celebrated as that person's natal day in the Village
of Abthite, now and henceforth!

Happy birthday Zodski, may you always be big in Milk.

(I'm sure there will bew a moose round[1][2] with chocolate later.)

[2] Nor "round as in ammunition" either, come to think of it.

Ah, happy birthday to Zodski -- and whilst I am at the computer, belated
wishes to anyone whose birthday I have missed through having the beasterly
'flu and the creeping weakness. I'm not up to baking a cake. waaah.
Sorry.

I do hope That Parrot has been looking after the shop properly whilst I've
been absent from duty. I'm painfully aware that lying in bed and saying
"very snug" is *not* the way to run a retail business.

I didn't, you know. I dictated a brief message to a Minion.

The Minion is very grateful. Also no longer sober, which is probably a
good thing.

I shall make a point of not having read that bit out.

Make that nearly four hundred: 1500, as opposed to 1894.

At least, I'm assuming there would be at the Woolwich Arsenal no reason for
you to have been consorting with a print betweeen brevier and nonpareil, a
mere hundred and sixty years after the event. I also assume that if you'd
meant you'd been eating calcined or sifted iron ore you'd have said so...
