Okay, I scanned the cover and resized the height a few times while
keeping the width the same...
It looks like the best result is around 110% to 120% height.
Higher, and Cable and Wolverine get dangerously thin, and even
Storm's legs start to look weird. Less, and Psylocke's face is
still squashed, and Jean still looks chunky. Unfortunately, Jean
doesn't really start looking "better" until 115%, but that amount is
arguably already hurting Cable and Wolverine.
To me, Jean looks like she was drawn in a different style (if not
by a different artist) than the other women. As well, she looks like
she was drawn in a different style or a different scale than the guys
on page with her.
