Hello all, I will be visiting Miami for the first time in a few days and
wish to visit some used bookstores. Does anyone have any recommendations? I
am interested in first edition mysteries, hard-boiled and noir mostly.

Thanks in advance, AL

why would you want to waste your tropical vacation time in old book stores?
Or maybe you're the kind of person that gets excited collecting butterfly
wings and engaging in other similar "loser" activities? Get out and enjoy
the beach and other tourist attractions. Besides, older books in Miami have
been exposed to excessive heat and humidity, adversely affecting their
condition and collectibility.

Why would you have the bloody nerve to criticize someone's collecting
habits on this newsgroup? If you don't have a passion for books,
perhaps you should find another newsgroup to monitor.

Why would you be suckered in by such a blatant troll Scott? You've
been posting here for more than a decade.

ha ha....look at the pot calling the kettle black. An old idiot who has a
fetish for kids books because his reading comprehension skills don't rise
above that of a teenager. Read any new Hardy Girl romance books lately?
